During a dominant performance, the English national team wrapped up another victory versus Albania, with multiple squad members turning in memorable displays throughout the game.

Starting Lineup

Dean Henderson Had little to do required before the break until forced to intervene from Arbër Hoxha’s curled attempt. One well-timed sliding intervention on an Albanian attacker showed his anticipation. 6/10

The debutant Challenged by the opposition's biggest threat through their forward. Played in a central role early on later drifted out wide after Saka came on. 7/10

John Stones Pushed up the pitch when in possession, something he's known for previously. On occasion lacked urgency on the ball with the experiment abandoned by the interval. 6/10

Dan Burn Always dangerous at set pieces, as always, perhaps is an alternative for his teammate in defense instead of paired with him. One wayward ball in the second half almost led to an opener for Albania. 6/10

The young full-back A further composed display from the rising star following his debut against Serbia. Saka was unable to take full advantage of an exquisite flick behind their defense. His position is firmly his already. 7/10

The newcomer A debut start with the national team. A bit careless when playing out though his whipped corners caused problems. A handy pace-controller available to the boss to have versus teams who drop deep. Shown a yellow for a rash tackle. 6

The midfielder Set-pieces from dead balls and set-plays were dangerous. Enjoyed freedom to roam on the left yet found himself offside as the pass came in shooting positions. Given a merited break around the 60-minute point. 6

Jude Bellingham Operated in a forward spot on the right and also put in dirty work. Displayed moments of class but dragged an attempt high. Withdrawn late on by Rogers, a fellow player, after being booked. 7/10

Jarrod Bowen Was presented with the team's top opening before halftime, his effort well saved from Thomas Strakosha. With Quansah holding position, he had to offer an outlet down the right side yet his deliveries into the box varied in quality. Taken off for the final quarter-hour. Six

Harry Kane The difference-maker netting seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth finishes at international level. The opener a trademark opportunist's goal while the second a superb finish with his head following a clever run away from the opposition. Aged 32, he continues to improve and England are strong contenders in future competitions when he's in the team. Eight

The attacker Found it tough to influence play on the left flank. Had a good opening after being played in by the midfielder yet Strakosha kept it out. Rashford made much more of an impact when substituted. Five
